- How can I enroll in SaL FFP?
If you have reached the age of 12, you can enroll yourself by filling out an application form which is available at our ticket offices, airport check-in counters or on board of aircraft.
You may send the completed form either to our Customer Service Center (CSC for short) or hand it to our staff as the case may be.
The FFP membership is also obtainable if the application form is filled out through SAL website (www. shanghai–air com).

- Could I change my name and birthday in my membership information?
You may not change them online because mileage accrual and awards are based on membership records. However you may request the change in person at one of our offices after confirmation of your identity and membership card. You may also do that by sending the relevant documents to the office for the change.

- If I designate a beneficiary for awards what benefits will tin bring to me?
It will reduce the risk of defraud of your membership awards and thus your benefits can be better protected.
